目的：探讨牵引推拿配合臭氧神经阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出的有效方法.方法：对60例腰椎间盘突出患者运用牵引推拿配合臭氧神经阻滞治疗.结果：对60例患者经过该方法治疗后,其中38例治疗显效,20例治疗 有效,2例无效,有效率96.66%.所有患者均没有发生严重并发症.结论：牵引推拿配合臭氧神经阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出的方法安全有效.
