目的：观察不同方法治疗手部骨折对疗效的影响.方法：选择手部骨折病人40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用外固定器治疗,对照组采用科氏针石膏固定,对比观察治疗效果.结果：在6-12周内,观察组的近节指骨骨折与掌骨骨折愈合率（100%）显著优于对照组愈合率（25.0%;50.0%）;观察组的近节指骨骨折与掌骨骨折患指功能恢复为100%,显著优于对照组（33.3%;41.7%）,两组比较差异均有显著性意义（p〈0.05）.结论：利用外固定器治疗手部骨折疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.

Objective： To observe the different methods on the efficacy of treatment of hand fractures influence. Methods： 40 cases of hand fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group were observed with external fixation group, control group Coriolis needle cast immobilization,compared to observe the therapeutic effect. Results： 6-12 weeks, the observation group and the metacarpal bone fracture proximal phalanx fracture healing （100%） was significantly better than the control group the healing rate （25.0% ;50. 0%） ;the obser,cation group and the metacarpal bone fracture proximal phalanx fracture risk refers to the functional recovery was 100 %,significantly better than the control group （33.3 % ;41.7 %） ,differences between the two groups were significant （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of external fixation of hand fractures satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
