目的：通过总结性地回顾13年来25例胆漏患者的治疗过程,找出这种肝胆系统疾病治疗的并发症的发生规律和治疗原则.方法：采用保守引流为主的治疗方法,结合必要的再手术治疗.结果：成功治愈了胆漏并发症.结论：降低胆管内压力,通畅地引流胆汁和及时地控制感染是治疗胆漏这种并发症的治疗原则;二、三线城市甚至小城市医院的医生,科学培训,客观的技术问题,都离不开人主观的思想基础.

Objective：To look back the treatments of 25 patients with bile leakage during past 13 years,we find out that the incidence of complications and the principles of the treatment of these kind o.f biliary system diseases. Methods：Adopted the conservative treatment of drainage, combined with the necessary re-surgery. Results：Successfully cured complications of the bile leakage. Conelusion ： Reduce pressure of the bile duct,combined with bile drainage and the timely control the infection are the key steps of the treatment of bile leakage, the second and third tier cities and even small city hospitals, doctors, scientific training, the objective technical problem can not be separated Ideological basis of subjective.
