糖皮质激素在慢性支气管炎急性发作期中的应用体会

糖皮质激素是迄今为止最有效的抗炎症药物,已经被公认为治疗哮喘的一线药物.虽然慢性支气管炎（下称慢支）也是一种气道炎症性疾病,但是目前对慢支患者是否使用糖皮质激素仍存在争议.对此笔者将近10年来对86例慢性支气管炎急性发作期（下称慢支急性发作）患者在综合治疗的基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗的体会作一回顾分析,现报告如下：
