分析我院2010年10月-12月9例患者留置气囊输尿管拔出困难原因.目的：分析留置导尿管拔出困难的原因,采取相应的处理措施.方法：用一次性输液器分离针头接注射器刺入导尿管主管与侧管交叉处直接抽吸.结果：顺利拔出导尿管,减轻了患者痛苦.
