目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救与护理方法.方法：回顾分析43例有机磷农药中毒的临床资料.结果：43例患者中轻中度中毒者37例,全部治愈;6例重度中毒者死亡2例,治愈率95.35%.结论：系统规范的内科治疗可提高急性有机磷农药中毒患者治愈率,降低死亡率及并发症发生率,严密的病情观察及细心护理是抢救成功的关键.

Objecitve：Discusses the acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning the first aid and the nursing method. Methods： The review analyzes 43 example organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning the clinical material. Results：In 43 example patients light moderate gas casualty 37 examples,cures completely;6 example specific weight gas casualty died 2 examples, the cure rate 95. 35 %. Conclusion：The system specification internal medicine department treats may enhance the acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning patient cure rate, reduces the mortality rate and the complication formation rate, the strict condition observation and careful nursing are rescue the successful key.
