胸外科手术患者的呼吸道护理及管理

胸外科开胸手术是治疗肺、食管、纵膈、胸腔等疾病的重要手段,患者由于创伤大、手术时间长、术后活动受限、体力衰弱及惧怕疼痛等因素影响,使呼吸道分泌物积聚,易发生肺部炎症,致肺叶或全肺不张.因此,手术后呼吸道的护理至关重要.我科在近年来的护理工作中,有目的的对开胸患者进行呼吸道护理及管理,取得满意效果.现报告如下.

Therefore, after surgery respiratory tract nursing very important. My branch in the recent years nursing work,had the goal to start out from opposite directions folio the chest patient to carry on respiratory tract nursing and the management,obtained the satisfactory effect. Presently reports as follows.
