目的：研究自制以及改良系列的护理用具在骨科患者护理中的临床应用.方法：为50例骨科患者使用自制和改良的护理用具,如海绵垫,内裤和胸兜,病员服和丁字鞋,步行车以及工型枕垫.结果：患者使用自制和改良的护理用具后,有方便检查,提高舒适度,固定效果以及预防并发症的优点.结论：不仅为骨科患者提供方便,更为护理工作的顺利完成提供保障.

Objecitve：The research self-restraint as well as the improvement series nursing apparatus nurse in orthopedics patient the clinical practice. Methods： Uses self-made and the improvement nursing apparatus for 50 example orthopedics patient, like the foam rubber cushion,the underpants and the chest pocket,the patient takes and the T-shaped shoes,walks the vehicle as well as the labor pillow. Results：The patient uses self-made and the improvement nursing apparatus, has the convenience inspection, enhances the comfort level, fixed effect as well as prevention complication merit. Conclusion：Not only provides the convenience for orthopedics patient,more nurses the work to complete smoothly provides the safeguard.
