＂住院病人预防跌倒告知书＂在老年病科的应用

＂In-patient to prevent tumbles the impartation book＂ in diseases of the aged branch application

卫生部2007年公布的〈中国伤害预防报告〉指出,我国60岁以上的老年人每年因跌倒发生的伤害人数达到2500万,且有20% ～30%的跌倒会造成中等或严重的损伤.而住院患者跌倒不仅导致患者伤残、心理障碍、增加医疗费用等问题,而且给医院带来不良影响,成为护理工作的主要风险之病人安全问题正引起世界范围的高度重视.为了完善护理风险管理,确保患者安全,提升护理工作满意度,减少医疗纠纷的发生,我院护理部自行设计了＂住院病人预防跌倒告知书＂,自2009年1月始在老年病科开始使用,取得了一定效果,现将研究结果报告如下.

Not only but is hospitalized the patient to tumble causes the patient disability, the psychological harrier,questions and so on increase medical expense, moreover brings to the hospital affects not good, becomes the nursing work patilent oxt security problem the main risk to couse the worldwide scale to take highly. In order to consummate the nursing risk management,guarantees the patient safety, the plomotion nursing work degree of satisfaction, reduces the medical dispute the occurrence, my courtyard nursing department independently designed ＂in--patient to prevent tumbles the impartation book＂, the beginning started from January, 2009 in the diseases of the aged branch to use,has obtained certain effect, presently findings report as follows.
