社会因素通过作用于传染病的生物学基础而影响其流行过程,它既是促进传染病传播与蔓延的重要因素,也是有效防治和消灭传染病的主导因素.在医学科学尚不能完全阻断各类传染病发生和流行的今天,社会的相关政策、法律、教育以及组织机构、道德观念、行为方式是否合理对传染病的传播起着一定的影响作用.
