影响农村脑卒中患者出院后康复治疗因素分析

目的：了解农村脑卒中患者出院后康复治疗现状,寻找影响进行康复治疗的因素.方法：通过对急性脑卒中好转出院患者采用上门随访、门诊随访的方式,分别于出院后一个月、三个月、六个月时进行随访,搜集资料,了解治疗（尤其是康复治疗）情况及家庭基本情况、本人情况.结果：患者本人有获取康复治疗指导的要求或愿望者占87%,药物治疗情况：第一个月189例（92.2%）,三个月内138例（67.0%）六个月内13例（5.0%）;康复治疗情况：第一个月内101例（49.0%）,介于一个月至三个月之间者有30例（14.6%）,三个月至六个月内有6例（2.9%）,其中能坚持功能锻炼者,也会采用针灸、推拿等其他方法配合;影响康复治疗的因素：家人支持是主要因素,第一个月占128例（62.6%）;其次是经济维持,第一个月占126例（62.0%）;本人信心：第一个月占96例（46.6%）;仅有16例出院时医生给予较详细的康复治疗指导;出院后从乡村医生或其他途径获得帮助者仅有8例（3.9%）.全县各乡村均没有康复中心.结论：农村脑卒中患者出院后康复治疗是一个严重缺失不到位的现实,这和康复治疗知识的普及及传播不够、康复中心的缺少、患者本人对疾病的认识及信心不足,以及家人的帮助和支持不够有着直接的关系.
