老年人胆囊炎胆石症中西医结合治疗探讨

目的：观察中西医结合治疗对老年胆囊炎胆石症手术效果的影响.方法：将186例老年胆囊炎胆石症患者随机分为对照组100例和治疗组86例,对照组采用急诊手术,治疗组采用自拟中药疏肝利胆汤（金钱草、黄芩、柴胡、枳壳、延胡索、川芎、郁金、半夏、赤白芍、生地、金银花、生姜、大枣）口服同时给予头孢噻肟静点7～10d后进行择期手术.结果：总治愈率治疗组82.0%,对照组58.1%;术后并发症治疗组7.0%,对照组21.0%,死亡率治疗组1.0%,对照组6.97%.经统计学处理差异有显著性（P〈0.01）.结论：经中西医结合治疗老年胆囊炎胆石症待病情控制后再采用手术治疗,能明显提高治愈率、减少术后并发症、降低死亡率.值得临床推广.
