摘要 目的:探讨运用微创经皮钢板固定法结合锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨中上段骨折的临床疗效.方法:2008年7月至2010年7月,10例肱骨干中上段闭合性骨折采用MIPPO技术治疗,男8例,女2例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:所有患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,桡神经功能术后无恶化,骨折愈合时间平均为16.1周,Mayo肘关节功能评分9例为优,1例为良.结论:微创技术结合锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨中上段骨折不仅创伤小、固定可靠,而且骨折愈合快,并发症少,具有良好的临床应用价值. Objective:The discussion utilizes micro creates after the skin steel plate fixation method union locking compression steel plate treatment humerus in the upside bone fracture clinical curative effect. Results: All patient margin is even Ⅰ The time heals, after the nervus radialis function technique does not have worsens, the bone fracture cicatrization time is equally 16.1 weeks, the Mayo elbow joint function grades 9 examples for superiorly, 1 example for good. Conclusion:Not only micro creates in the technical union locking compression steel plate treatment humerus the upside bone fracture the wound small, fixed reliable, moreover the bone fracture heals quickly, the complication are few, has the good clinical practice value.
