穿刺复位固定器治疗胫腓骨开放性不稳定骨折临床分析

目的：研究探讨穿刺复位固定器治疗胫腓骨开放性不稳定骨折的临床意义,并对其进行分析评价.方法：选择自2003年4月～2007年12月在我院就诊并且应用固定器治疗胫腓骨开放性不稳定骨折的患者130例,将患者分成两组,包括外固定组和内固定组,每组各65例,术后对比并进行效果评价.结果：术后定期随访观察4～30个月,其中正常骨愈合者120例,约占95%.延迟愈合者6例,有3例骨不连,有1例患者是畸形愈合.其中内固定组临床骨折愈合时间平均是50周,外固定组临床骨折愈合时间平均是23周.内固定组有5里出现不愈合现象,经治疗后有4例患者发生浅表感染,2例患者深部感染,未出现骨髓炎.结论：通过治疗方法治疗效果地比较,表明了骨科穿刺复位外固定器疗法有着明显的优势,能够使骨折和开放创面在同一时期治疗,实践性的将开放感染与骨折治疗原则合为一个整体,在同一时期的进行治疗取得了较好的效果,这种治疗相对程度的增大了对开放不稳定骨折的治疗范围,使治疗更加简便,增快了骨折愈合的速度,提高了功能优良率,减少了并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用.

Conclusion： Through the method of treatment treatment result comparison,had indicated outside orthopedics puncture replacement the anchor therapy has the obvious superiority, can cause the bone fracture and open the injured area in at the same time to treat, practical the opening infection and the bone frac- ture treatment principle will gather will be a whole,in at the same time carried on the treatment to obtain the good effect, this kind of treatment relative degree has increased to the opening unstable bone fracture treatment scope,caused the treatment to be simpler,increases the quick the speed which bone fracture healed, enhanced the function finely rate, reduced the complication occurrence,was worth the clinical promoted application.
