采用马斯洛需要论激发聘用制护士能动性

摘要 随着医疗体制和人事制度的改革,聘用制护士在各大医院所占的比例越来越大,如何激发聘用制护士的能动性和创造性,稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量,成为护理管理人员所关注的问题.文章运用马斯洛"需要层次论",坚持以人为本的管理理念,阐述如何通过满足生理、安全、爱与归属、尊重与被尊重,自我实现五个层次的需要,提供良好的工作环境,发挥聘用制护士的优势,为护理事业发展注入活力. Along with the medical system and the personnel system reform,hires the system nurse the proportion which occupies in each big hospital to be more and more big,how stimulates to hire the system nurse the activity and the creativity,nurses the troop stably, improves the nursing quality, becomes nursing administrative personnel the matter of concern. The article "needs the level theory" using the Mas Luo river; persisted the humanist management idea,elaborated how through satisfies the physiology, the security, loves with the ownership, the respect and is respected, the self--realization five level need, provide the good working conditions, the display hire the system nurse the superiority,develops for the nursing enterprise pours into the vigor.
