目的：了解钢铁企业一线职工脂肪肝的患病情况及相关因素,探讨脂肪肝的防治及干预措施.方法：对本院健康体检的7523例酒钢一线职工中脂肪肝患病率、超重或肥胖、血压、甘油三脂、血糖等检测结果进行分析.结果：脂肪肝检出率男性37.1%,女性10.8%.结论：酒钢一线职工脂肪肝的患病率较高,男性明显高于女性.脂肪肝与高血压、超重肥胖、高血脂等密切相关.对策 对钢铁企业职工要加强健康检查、普及健康教育、加强体育锻炼、改便不良生活方式,降低脂肪肝患病率,提高生活质量.
