目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术（LM）的手术价值.方法：回顾性分析腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剥除术26例患者的临床资料.结果：手术时间为70～130分钟.术中出血量为60～150毫升.术后住院天数5～8d,无1例子宫肌层血肿形成,无严重并发症.结论：腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术并发症少,出血少,手术创伤小,恢复快,住院时间短.

Objective： Discusses under the peritoneoscope the fibroid to reject technique （LM） the surgery value. Methods：The review analysis peritoneoscope downward fibroid strips off the technique 26 example patient＇s clinical material. Results：The surgery time is 70- 130 minutes. In the technique bleeds the quantity is 60-150 milliliters. After the technique is hospitalized number of days 5-8d, does not have 1 example myometrium haematoma formation, not serious complication. Conclusion： Under the peritoneoscope the fibroid strips off the technique complication to be few, bleeds few, the surgery wound is small, restores quickly, in hospital time short.
