老年股骨转子间骨折47例临床诊治分析

目的：探讨老年股骨转子间骨折患者的临床诊治方法及效果.方法：本院自2009年5月-12月共收治老年股骨转子间骨折患者47例,其中采用动力髋螺钉18例,人工股骨头置换13例,股骨近端髓内钉9例,解剖型钢板4例,股骨螺旋刀片髓内钉3例,综合分析本组病例的临床治疗效果.结果：本组病例的术后疗效评价结果为：优24例,良17例,可4例,差2例,优良率为87.2%.经过术后6-10个月的随访,本组病例的骨折部位均顺利愈合,未出现严重的切口感染、髋内翻畸形或退钉等现象.结论：在老年股骨转子间骨折患者的临床诊治中,选取科学的治疗时机和方法对于患者的预后及康复具有重要的意义,而且是降低手术风险的关键因素.

Objecitve：Discussion old age thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture patient＇s clinical diagnosis method and effect. Methods：This courtyard - in December altogether admits the old age thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture patient 47 examples from May, 2009, in which uses the power hip bolt 18 examples, the artificial stock bone replaces 13 examples, in the thighbone near -end marrow the nail 9 examples, the dissection steel plate 4 examples,in the thighbone spiral bit marrow the nail 3 examples,generalized analysis this group of case of illness clinical treatment result. Results：After this group of case of illness technique the curative effect appraisal result is：Superior 24 examples, good 17 examples, but 4 examples, the difference 2 examples, fine rate are 87. 2 %. After the technique latter 6-10 month-long revisit, this group of case of illness bone fracture spot smoothly heals, has not ap- peared in the serious margin infection, the hip turns abnormal or draws back phenomena and so on nail. Conclusion： In the old age thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture patient＇s clinical diagnosis, the selection science treatment opportunity and the method have the vital significance regarding patient＇s prognosis and the recovery,moreover is reduces the surgery risk the key aspect.
