施用氮、磷和有机肥料对豆科作物固氮的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以武功地区褐色土的心土为基质,大豆、豌豆为供试作物,进行盆栽试验。结果表明:不管是否施用有机肥和磷肥,施氮都能严重地降低豆科作物的根瘤数和根瘤干重。无磷少氮处理所还原生成的乙烯量最多;施磷少氮处理则减少;氮量愈多,乙烯量愈少。从提高固氮量和固氮酶活性考虑,对豆科作物施用少量氮肥,在不施磷肥时,氮肥用量绝不可过高。磷肥和有机肥均有效地促进了豆科作物结瘤,其干重和固氮量均成倍增加。
