关于法的经济学的几点分析

On Analysis of Several Points of Law from Economics Point of View

由于现代社会经济的发展，法和经济学的关系成了人们日益关注的焦点。如何认识二者之间的内在联系呢？本文从法律对有效的资源配置的保护与法律自身对经济学规律的遵从两个角度出发，揭示出现代法律的新特征，最后从认识论角度提出法学方法论的新思路。

With the recent development of social economy, the relation between law and economics is becoming the central issue of the people. How can we recognize their intrinsic relation ? The essay starts from two aspects:the effective allocation and protec-tion of resources by law and the complying with principles of economics on the part of law. By analysis, new characreristics of modern law are disclosed. Finally, from the viewpoint of epistemology, a new train of thoughts about methodology of science of law is proposed.
