滚动轴承参数对主轴动力特性影响规律的研究

Investigation on the Effect of the Ball Bearing Parameters on the Spindle bearing System

文章以某车床主轴为研究对象，建立了轴和支撑结构的有限元模型以及滚动轴承的等效动力学模型，采用实验和理论分析相结合的方法，辨识主轴系统的模态参数以及轴承在不同预紧力下的等效力学参数．研究了轴承等效刚度和阻尼、预紧力等参数对主轴系统固有频率和动柔度的影响规律。

In this paper,the finite element model of spindle bearing system and bearing with the tilting and radial parameters has been build.With the help of the dynamic experiment data,the parameters of the bearing have been identified.The effects of the ball bearing parameters that inc luding bearing parameters,and the bearing preload on the system receptance have been researched.
