摘要
目的:探讨七叶皂苷钠不同给药方式下对术后肠粘连及腹壁愈合的作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:手术损伤大鼠盲肠模拟手术过程建立动物模型,评价粘连程度,病理组织切片观察腹壁愈合状况;通过小鼠肠推进实验研究七叶皂苷钠促进肠蠕动的起效时间和持续时间。结果:七叶皂苷钠使大鼠肠粘连程度显著减轻,腹壁切口愈合良好;七叶皂苷钠明显促进小鼠肠蠕动(P〈0.01),起效时间为静脉注射后30分钟,维持2小时左右。结论:七叶皂苷钠具有明显减轻肠粘连的作用,并且不影响手术切口愈合;减轻肠粘连的作用机制与其抗炎作用和促进肠蠕动有关。
Objective; Discusses seven soap glucoside sodium differently for the formula type under the function which the intesti- nal adhesion and the abdominal wall heals after the technique, and discusses its function mechanism. Methods:The surgery damages the big mouse caecum simulation surgery process establishment animal model, the appraisal adhesion degree, the pathology tissue slice observation abdominal wall cicatrization condition;Advances the experimental study seven soap glucoside sodium promotion intestines creeping motion through the mouse intestines the effect time and the duration. Results: Seven soap glueoside sodium causes the big mouse intestinal adhesion degree obviously to reduce, the abdominal wall margin cicatrization is good;Seven soap glucoside sodium obvious promotion mouse intestines wrlggle(P〈~0.01), gets up the effect time after the intravenous injection 30 minutes, maintains about for 2 hours. Conclusion:Seven soap glucoside sodium has reduces the intestinal adhesion obviously the function,and does not affect the surgery margin cicatrization; If reduces the intestinal adhesion the function mechanism the anti--inflammation function and the promotion intestines creeping motion related.
