HClO4-SiO2在无溶剂条件下催化甲萘衍生物合成的探讨

摘要 目的:寻找一条简单高效合成甲萘衍生物-8,10-二甲基-8,12-二氢-12-芳基-9~萘并[1’,2’:5,6]吡喃[2,3-d]嘧啶-9,11(10H)二酮的途径。方法:B-萘酚、芳基醛和1,3-二甲基巴比妥酸在HClO4-SiO2(3mool%)存在,无溶剂条件下进行反应。结果:该法有很好的收率。结论:找到了-条筒单高效且实用的合成方法。 Objective:Seeks simple highly effective synthesis methyl naphthalene derivative -- 8,10 -- dimethyt -- 8,12 -- di- hydro -- 12 -- aryl residue -- 9 -- naphtho-- [1 ',2 ':5,6] pyrane E2,3 -- d] pyrimidine -- 9,11(10H)two alkone way. Methods: Beta -- naphthol, the aryl residue aldehyde and 1,3-- dimethyl Barbitone acid 2 (3 mol%)exists in HClO4--SiP, under the non-- solvent condition carries on the response. Results : This law has very well receives rate. Conclusion: Had found one simple highly ef- fective also the practical synthetic method.
