分期腰腹肌功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复的影响 被引量:4

The Influence of Staging Funcional Exercise of Lumbar and Abdominal Muscles on the Recovery of LDH Post--operative Patients

摘要 目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后功能锻炼的方法及其疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症手术患者随机分为观察组和常规组,观察组分期锻炼腰背肌扣腹肌肌力,常规组锻炼腰背肌肌力,于术后1月、3月、6月、12月行JOA评分,测定腹背肌肌力。结果:两组JOA评分,腹背肌肌力均优于术前(P〈0.05),术后3个月开始,观察组腹肌肌力、JOA评分优于常规组(P〈0.05)。结论:腹肌肌力变化与腰椎功能恢复密切相关,术后不同阶段可以采用不同功能锻炼方法。 Objective:Explore LDH postoperative function exercise methods and curative effect. Methods:Patients were randomly divided into trial group and conventional group, the trial group staging exercise lumbar back and abdominal muscles, conventional group exercise lumbar back muscles. Score JOA after operation 1 month, 3months, 6months, 1 year, and determine lumbar back muscles and abdominal muscles strength. Results.. Abdominal muscles strength and score JOA of trial group are better obviously than conventional group(p〈0.05). Conclusion: Functional exercise of abdominal muscles is closely related with lumbar functional recovery, the postoperative different stages can adopt different functional exercise methods.
