脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理干预的效果评价

Evaluate of the effect of nursing intervention for dysphagia in patients with stroke

目的：探讨护理干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复中的效果。方法：将60例急性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组30例，康复组30例。两组均给予神经内科常规治疗和留置胃管的护理，康复组在此基础上给予患者及照顾者健康教育宣教、基础康复训练和进食功能训练等护理干预。结果：两组患者之间吞咽康复效果差异显著（p〈0．01）。30例康复组患者中28例有效，总有效率为93．32％。对照组中14例有效，总有效率为46．66％。结论：护理干预能明显改善患者吞咽功能，有效防止误咽，减少并发症，从而提高了生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the rehabilitation therapy with dysphagia. Methods： 60 pa- tients with acute stroke were randomly divided into contrastive group（30）and recovered group（30）. Convertional methed were used to cure the two group according neurology therapy,and indwelling catheter was used to tend the two group,patients and their caregivers in the recovered group were given health education,nursing intervention of the basail training of swallowing and taking food ability and so on were used to exercise the recovered group in addition. Results： There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）. The effect was effective in 28 in the recovered group（30）, the total effectiveness reached 93.32%, 14 in the contrastive group（30）, and the total effectiveness reached 46.66 %. Conclusions：Nursing intervention can improve notably the swallowing ability, reduce the complications and the rate of disability and improve the living quantity.
