对老年肺癌患者实施呼吸道护理管理的临床观察

目的：观察对老年肺癌患者围手术期实施呼吸道护理管理的效果。方法：2008年1月一2010年12月例我院择期全麻肺癌手术128例随机分为常规组和干预组各64例，干预组进行常规入院宣教、健康教育和饮食指导，及肺癌术后来护理，常规组在干预组的基础上采取呼吸道护理管理：术前心理护理及指导；术后生命体征的监测、胃肠减压护理、指导患者进行深呼吸咳痰、胸腔闭式引流管护理、早期活动、术后气道管理、增强抵抗力、做好病室空气消毒室。结果：常规组肺部并发症25．00％、住院时间（17．45±3．23）天、护理满意87．50％；干预组分别为为10．94％、13．80±4．43天、97．44％；；两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：对肺癌患者围术期实施呼吸道护理可有效降低肺部并发症低、缩短住院时间短天、提高护理满意高（P〈0．05），有着重要的临床意义。

Results： The conventional group lungs complication 25.00%,in hospital time（17.45 ± 3. 23）day,nursing satisfies 87.50% ;The intervention group respectively for is 10.94%, 13.80±4.43 the day, 97.44%; ;Two groups of comparisons have the significance difference（P〈0.05）the conclusion： Encircles technique time implementation respiratory tract nursing to the lung cancer patient to be possible to reduce the lungs complication effectively lowly, the reduction in hospital time short day,enhancement nursing satisfies high（P〈0.05）,has the vital clinical significance.
