针灸、点穴推拿、热敷治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

Acupuncture and moxibustion, the finger--pressing massage, hot compress treatment knee osteoarthritis clinical observation

目的：观察针灸、点穴推拿、热敷三联疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例门诊患者随机分为两组，每组各50例，对照组采用单纯针刺法治疗，治疗组针灸、点穴推拿、中药热敷治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率96％，对照纽为72％，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸、点穴推拿、中药热敷三联综合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效好，明显优于单一针刺疗法。

Objective： Observation acupuncture and moxibustion, finger-- pressing massage, hot compress three association therapy treatment knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect. Methods：Divides into two groups stochastically 100 example outpatient service patient, each group of each 50 examples, the control group uses the pure acupuncture law treatment, the treatment group acupuncture and moxibustion, the finger--pressing massage, the Chinese native medicine hot compress treatment. Results： Treatment group total effectiveness 96 %, the control group is 72%, two group of curative effect comparisons, the difference has statistics significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The acupuncture and moxibustion, the finger--pressing massage, the Chinese native medicine hot compress three association synthesis therapy treatment knee osteoarthritis curative effect is good, surpasses the sole acupuncture treatment obviously.
