探讨腹部手术切口脂肪液化的防治措施

目的：探讨腹部手术切口脂肪液化的防治措施。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对我院自1996年1月～2010年7月各种腹部手术后发生切口脂肪液化时所进行的治疗方法进行对比分析。2002年3月前我们采用传统方法治疗，共27例，作为对照组；2002年3月后我们采用切口置管持续负压吸引治疗，共27例，作为试验组。结果：试验组的平均治疗时间和平均术后切口恢复时间均短于对照组，差异有显著性。结论：适当的处理措施有利于减少术后脂肪液化的发生。切口脂肪液化时采用切口置管持续负压吸引治疗能减轻患者痛苦，缩短治疗时间。

Objective：The discussion abdomen surgery margin fat liquefies preventing and controlling measure. Methods：Uses the review investigation method,the method of treatment which since January,1996 ~2010 year in July each kind of abdomen surgery has when margin fat liquefication carries on to my courtyard to carry on the contrast analysis. In March,2002 front we used the tra- ditional method treatment, the altogether 27 examples, took the control group; After in March,2002 we used the margin to set at the tube to continue the negative pressure attraction treatment, the altogether 27 examples, took the experimental group. Results： After the experimental group＇s average treatment time and the average technique the margin restores the time short in the control group, the difference has the significance. Conclusion：The suitable processing measure is advantageous the occurrence which the fat liquefies after the reduced technique. When margin fat liquefication uses the margin to set at the tube to continue the negative pressure attrac- tion treatment to be able to reduce the patient pain, reduces the treatment time.
