减轻肌肉注射部位疼痛的临床分析

目的：探讨减轻肌肉注射部位疼痛的方法。方法：将130例在门诊接受肌肉注射的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用“Z形进针、边退边推药、推注空气”法，对照组采用常规“两快一慢”法，对两组疼痛程度进行比较。结果：实验组65人，肌肉注射部位不痛62人，不痛发生率为95％，疼痛3人，疼痛发生率5％；对照组65人，肌肉注射部位不痛54人，不痛发生率为83％，疼痛11人，疼痛发生率17％，经x2检验，有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：肌肉注射采用的“Z形进针”法能明显减轻注射部位疼痛，同时也进一步提高了护理质量。

Results：The experimental group 65 .people, the intramuscular injection spot pain 62 people, the pain formation rate is not 95 %, ache 3 people,ache formation rate 5 %;The control group 65 people, the intramuscular injection spot pain 54 people, the pain formation rate is not 83 %, the ache 11 people, the ache formation rate 17%, after X examination, has the remarkable difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The intramuscular injection uses ＂the Z shape to enter the needle＂ the law to be able to reduce the injection spot ache obviously,simultaneously also further improved the nursing quality.
