160例玻璃体手术治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变疗效分析

目的：探讨玻璃体切除术对增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变（PDR）的疗效.方法：对在我院行玻璃体切除术的160例（198眼）PDR患者资料进行回顾性分析研究.结果：198眼术后视力改善146眼（73.74%）,其中Ⅳ～Ⅴ期116眼（79.45%）,Ⅵ期30眼（20.55%）;32眼（16.16%）视力不变;20眼（10.10%）视力下降.术中、术后主要并发症有视网膜脱离、高眼压、玻璃体出血.结论：玻璃体切除术是治疗PDR的有效手段,大部分患者视力得到改善;减少术中、术后并发症对该病的预后非常关键.

Objective：Discussion vitreous body excision method to hyperphasia diabetes retina pathological change（PDR）curative effect. Methods：To（198）the PDR patient material conducts the review analysis research in my courtyard good vitreous body excision method 160 examples. Results： 198 technique back sight strength improves 146（73.74%） ,amongⅣ-Ⅴ Time 116（79.45 % ）, Ⅵ Time 30（20.55%） ;32（16.16%）vision is invariable;20（10.10%）vision drops. In after the technique,the technique the main complication has detachment of retina, the high intraocular pressure, the vitreous body hemorrhage. Conclusion：The vitreous body excision method is treats PDR the effective method, the majority of patient vision is improved; In after the reduced technique, the technique the complication to the prognosis which should get sick is extremely essential.
