马来酸曲美布汀片联合应用复方芦荟胶囊治疗老年慢性便秘疗效分析

目的：探讨马来酸曲美布汀联合应用复方芦荟胶囊治疗老年慢性便秘的疗效及不良反应.方法：将231例老年慢性患者随机分为三组,A组98例给予马来酸曲美布汀片0.2g/次3次/d,饭前0.5h口服,加用复方芦荟胶囊2粒,睡前口服.B组71例,给予马来酸曲美布汀片0.2g/次3次/d,饭前0.5h口服.C组62例给予芦荟胶囊2粒,夜间睡前口服.疗程均为4周.结果：A组有效率为94.6%,与B组及C组比较有显著的差异（P〈0.01）,而且不良反应轻微,患者依从性较高.结论：马来酸曲美布汀联合应用复方芦荟胶囊治疗老年慢性便秘疗效明确,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.
