目的：总结颅内血肿清除术患者的抢救护理经验.方法：回顾分析我院2010年1月-12月开展的4例颅内血肿清除术患者的治疗和护理,总结护理经验.结果：3例治愈出院,死亡1例.结论：颅内血肿清除术是治疗颅内血肿的一种行之有效的方法,患者的预后与多种因素有关,其术前术后的护理非常重要,尤其是对患者意识、瞳孔、生命体征的严密观察能及时反应出患者病情的进展和转归.术后的各项基础护理和引流管的护理能有效预防各项并发症的发生,促进病情的恢复.

Objective：Summarizes in the skull the haematoma elimination technique patient＇s rescue nursing experience. Methods： The review analyzes in 4 example skulls which my courtyard in January,2010 - in December develops the haematoma elimination technique patient＇s treatment and nursing, summarizes the nursing experience. Results.. 3 example cure out of hospital, died 1 exam- ple. Conclusion：In the skull the haematoma elimination technique is treats in the skull the haematoma one effective method, patient＇s prognosis and many kinds of factors related,after in front of its technique technique nursing is extremely important,in particular re- alizes, the pupil, the life symptom strict observation to the patient can respond promptly the patient condition the progress and the extension turn over to. After technique each foundation nursing and drainage tube nursing can prevent each complication effectively the occurrence,the promotion condition restoration.
