小儿头皮静脉穿刺的护理

目的：提高头皮静脉穿刺成功率的方法,以便更好地指导临床护理工作.总结出一套好的小儿静脉输液的护理方法,提高患儿及家属的满意.方法：选择我院2009年10月至2010年10月一年间小儿头皮静脉输液1200例患儿,总结出了提高头皮静脉穿刺成功率及小儿输液的护理心得.结果：1092例一次性穿刺成功,占91%,两次成功84例,占7%,两次以上成功24例,占2%.结论：减少重复穿刺给患儿造成的痛苦,增加家长对护士的满意和信赖,并且大大减轻了护理工作量.

Objective：Enhances the scalp venipuncture success ratio the method,in order to instructs the clinical nursing work well. Summarizes a set of good young child venous transfusion nursing method,enhances the trouble and family member＇s satisfac- tion. Methods：Chooses my courtyard from October,2009 from to October,2010 during a year the young child scalp venous transfu- sion 1200 example troubles,summarized enhanced the nursing attainment which the scalp venipuncture success ratio and the young child infused. Results： 109Z example disposable puncture are successful, account for 910/~, two times succeeds 84 examples, accounts for 7% ,above two times succeeds 24 examples,accounts for 2 %. Conclusion：Reduces the repetition puncture the pain which creates for the trouble,increases the guardian to nurse＇s satisfaction and the faith, and reduced the nursing work load greatly.
