Skull the tumor to encircle the surgery time nursing experience

目的：总结颅内肿瘤围手术期的护理经验,减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复.方法：回顾分析2007年12月～2010年12月期间,我科收治的39例颅内肿瘤患者的护理资料.结果：39例患者中34例行肿瘤全切除术,5例行次全切术,经过精心护理,术后均无感染,出现尿崩症12例、电解质紊乱14例、中枢性高热2例和意识障碍1例;38例痊愈或好转出院,1例死亡.结论：术前准备是颅内肿瘤患者围手术期护理的基础,术后病情观察和并发症的预防是护理的重点.

Objective： Summarizes in the skull the tumor to encircle the surgery time the nursing experience, reduces the complica- tion the occurrence,promotes the patient to he restored to health. Methods：The review analyzes in December, 2007 ~ 2010 year in December period,in my branch admitting 39 example skull tumor patient＇s nursing material. Results：In 39 example patients 34 rou~ tine tumor total excision technique,5 routine times all cuts the technique, passes through careful nursing,after the technique does not have the infection,appears the diabetes 12 examples, the electrolyte disorder 14 examples, the main center high fever 2 examples and the consciousness barrier 1 example; 38 example healings or change for the better out of hospital, 1 example death. Conclusion： In front of the technique the preparation is in the skull the tumor patient encircles surgery time nursing the foundation,after the tech- nique the condition observation and the complication prevention is the nursing key point.
