摘要
螺旋伞齿轮是动力稳定车动力传递与减速的重要部件,通过对断齿齿牙的常规分析和电子探针分析,首次发现由于渗碳工艺设计不当,会造成渗碳层内出现内氧化,产生高 Cr 化合物,从而形成疲劳源,最终导致齿轮疲劳失效.该结果的发现对热处理工艺的正确设计,提高齿轮的使用寿命。
Spiral bevel gear is an important part in dynamic stable vehicles, for it play an important part when transmitting power and decelerating. After the normal analysis and the electron probe microanalysis on the gear tooth where the fracture happened, it was discovered for the first time that a faulty design existed in the carburization technique, which caused the internal oxidation in carburization layer. The result was that high-chromium compound occurred and consequently a fatigue source that led to the failure of the gear was formed. The result of the analysis will effect a better design of the carburization technique and thus prolong the operation life of spiral bevel gears.
