生血补髓汤治疗骨折内源性迟缓愈合18例疗效观察

目的：观察生血补髓汤治疗骨折内源性迟缓愈合的临床疗效.方法：18例患者以生血补髓汤煎成汤剂口服治疗,1剂/d,分2次口服.7 d为1个疗程,5个疗程后统计疗效.结果：18例中,疗效优11例,良5例,差2例,总优良率占88.9%.结论：生血补髓汤治疗骨折内源性迟缓愈合有显著疗效,值得临床推广.
