香丹与参麦联合应用治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作的疗效观察

目的：观察香丹和参麦注射液联用治疗肺心病急发的疗效。方法：将收治本院内科的肺心病患者88例，随机分成2组，对照组48例给予常规治疗，治疗组40例在常规治疗的基础上联合香丹、参麦注射液静脉滴注，1次／d，10-14d为一个疗程，观察2组疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为90％和75％，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差并有非常显著性，提示香丹和参麦注射液联用有明显的改善心肌供血、增强心肌收缩力等作用。结论：香丹和参麦注射液联用治疗肺心病具有良好疗效，无明显不良反应。
