妊娠期输尿管结石的保胎联合输尿管镜治疗

目的：探讨妊娠期输尿管结石的保胎联合输尿管镜治疗效果。方法：妊娠期输尿管结石患者38例，行保胎治疗的同时，在局麻或硬膜外麻醉下行输尿管镜治疗。结果：27例取出结石，10例留置双J管成功，1例失败，1例流产。无严重并发症，37例孕妇和胎儿平安。结论：保胎联合输尿管镜治疗妊娠期榆尿管结石损伤小，恢复快，安全有效。

Objective： Discussion gestation period ureterolithiasis fetus protection union ureter mirror treatment result. Methods： The gestation period ureterolithiasis patient 38 examples,good fetus protection treatment at the same time,anaesthetizes the down- ward ureter mirror treatment in local anesthesia or outside the hard membrane. Results： 27 examples take out the stone, 10 examples leave alone the double J tube to be successful, 1 example defeat, 1 example miscarriage. Not serious complication,37 example preg- nant women and embryo safe. Conclusion：The fetus protection union ureter mirror treatment gestation period ureterolithiasis dama- ges slightly, restores quickly,safe effective.
