医院门诊中儿童感冒药的合理使用问题及对策分析

目的：探讨医院门诊中儿童感冒药的合理使用中存在的问题和对策。方法：选取2009年6月至2010年6月在我院儿科治疗的感冒惠儿以药物治疗的病例269例，对患儿病例进行回顾性分析。结果：使用退热药时一定要注意：①剂量遵医嘱。②无医师吩咐，不能长期多次服用。③患儿有该药物过敏及家族过敏史时勿用。结论：对发热的儿童，退热药的选择也一定要谨遵医嘱。小儿免疫能力低，易患各种感染性疾病，而发热是感染性疾病的主要表现，因此，对解热剂使用要慎重，以权衡利弊，恰当选用。

Objective： Discusses question and countermeasure which in the hospital outpatient service in the child cold remedy rea- sonable use exists. Methods： Selects from June, 2009 to June. 2010 cold trouble which treats in my courtyard department of pediatrics by the medicine treatment case of illness 269 examples, carries on the review analysis to the trouble case of illness. Results： When use antipyrin certainly must pay attention： （1）The dosage obeys the doctor＇s advice. （2）Non--doctor told that, cannot many times take for a long time. （3）The trouble has this drug allergy and when the family allergy history do not use. Conclusion：To the child who gives off heat,the antipyrin choice also certainly must respectfully follow the doctor＇s advice. Young child immunity ability is low, easily each kind of infectious disease,but gives off heat is the infectious disease main performance, therefore,must be prudent to the pyretic use, weighs the advantages and disadvantages, selects appropriately.
