纤维喉镜下声带息肉声带小结摘除术56例报告

目的：探讨纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉声带小结手术治疗的疗效。方法：对56例声带息肉声带小结病例在表面麻醉后行纤维喉镜下摘除术。结果：56例中45例1次钳取完成，8例多次钳取完成，2例因咽反射过重无法手术改全麻行支撑喉镜手术。术后大多数患者2周后声音恢复正常，少数患者1个月后声音逐渐恢复正常。术后复查随访2～10个月，51例未见息肉残留，亦来见声带损伤改变，有5例患者因用嗓过度或过早发声而至复发，其余未见复发。结论：纤维喉镜下声带息肉声带小结切除术是一种有效、安全、省时及省钱治疗方法，值得推广。

Conclusion： Under the textile fiber laryngoscope the vocal cord polyp vocal cord subtotal excision method is one kind effective, safe,saves time and economizes the method of treatment, is worth promoting.
