社区实习是社会工作专业实习最为着力的一个环节。社区实习模式的重构将从实习目标、实习内容、实习过程、实习督导、实习评估五个环节展开。社区实习应当立足专业教育与实践的现实,制定切合教学实践的实习目标,紧紧围绕目标确定实习内容,而实习过程就是对实习内容的具体展开,实习督导贯穿于整个实习的过程中,实习评估将为以后的各类实习提供宝贵的知识与经验。

Reconstruction of the practice Model of the community will be realized from five aspects on which practice goals, practice content, practice process, practice supervision and assessment. Community Practice should be based on the reality of professional education and practice, constitute relevant practice goals, define the practice content, the practical Concrete content will be realized in practice process, practical supervision will run through the course of practice, practice assessment will provide valuable knowledge and experience for various practice.
