Female Consciousness and the Influence of Female College Students' Employment

女性意识是反映女性地位和社会发展进步的重要指标,其演变过程和现实状况却较为复杂,并在深层次上对社会产生重要影响。当前女大学生在女性意识方面表现出一定的矛盾与错位,并对其就业造成不利影响。必须大力关注这一现实问题,积极营造健康的女性意识氛围,促进女大学生在就业中充分实现自己的人生价值。

Female is the important indexes of reflecting women＇s status and the social progress and development, but its process of evolution and the reality is more complex, and produce deep impact on society. It expresses some contradictions and dislocation in female consciousness of female college students, and produce adverse effects on employment of female college students. We must pay close attention to this practical problem, build healthy female consciousness actively, and promote female college students realize their life values in the atmosphere in employment fully.
