摘要
中国古代长期存在学无常师、学有常师并存的状态。大抵从荀子开始把同进德修业相关的师事，作为一个问题，多所论述。文章分析与综合荀子的师法说、人师说、师术说与隆师说，全面揭示先秦末期师事与“师”的概念。
Permanent teacher and changing teacher are two views about teachers＇ role in ancient China. Xunzi is the earliest theorist who regarded the theory about teacher as a important problem. The article analysises and generalizes Xunzi＇ s theory about ＂teachers＇ method＂, ＂teacher of human＂, ＂teachers＇ tips＂ and ＂teachers＇ homage＂, he fully reveals the condition and concept about teacher in pre - Qin period.
