合理教师权威建构的思考

摘要 新课标的颁布及新课改的施行,在全国各个地区轰轰烈烈地进行。在教育改革的过程中必然伴随着许多问题的争论,其中突出的一个问题就是对教师权威的质疑和争论。在对教师权威的声讨甚至主张彻底取消的热潮中,文章肯定教师权威的合理存在并思考教师权威重新建构的途径。 The 21st century is bound to be more attention to education. The new course standard has been issued and the new curriculurtl reform have been put in practice. Education reform has begun in the whole country. There must be many problems during this process. One of the problems is the challenge and the argument to the teacher authority. Someone denounces the teacher authority, and even advocated the complete cancellation of the teacher authority. However, the author of this article advocate that the exist of the reasonable teacher authority should be approved and what we should do is to rebuild the rational teacher authority.
