摘要
在“成功教育”获得成功之后,根据新形势下教学目标体系和学生主动性学习的要求,我们开始了从“帮助成功”到“尝试成功”,再到“自主成功”的课堂改革新探索。激励教师把握教材与学生的状态,善于设计问题情境,推动学生自学,并建立“学科教学电子平台”,提升教学水平。
After the implementation of successful education, according to new system of educational target and students' self - learning requirements, we begin to the new research, it consists of three phases : success by aid, success by essay, success by independence. We encourage teachers to understand students and textbooks, to design problems. This reform uses teachers' experience to construct electric platform of subject studying and teaching, and improves capacity of young teachers .
