农作制度变迁对杂交玉米技术扩散的影响研究

A Study on the influence of Transition of Agricultural Operating System on Diffuse of Crossbreed Maize Technology

通过对我国杂交玉米技术在由计划经济的集体农作制度向市场经济的家庭农作制度过渡中的技术创新扩散过程的分析，运用多元回归分析方法，构造了杂交玉米技术采用的行为经验模型，并根据有关杂交玉米技术扩散的历史数据，定量研究了农作制度变迁对杂交玉米技术扩散的影响，且对集体农作制度与家庭农作制度下杂交玉米技术扩散的经济问题进行了分析，从而得出了在不同经济条件下，采用技术创新的决策基本上是一种经济决策，农民对杂交玉米的采用主要影响因素是经济利益相对优势的有益结论．

First, the paper constructs the empirical behavior model of crossbreed maize technology with the multi-recursive method while analysing the diffuse process of crossbreed maize during the agricultural operating system's transfer process from collective system in planned economy to family responsibility system in market economy. Second, it studies the influence of transition of agricultural operating system on diffuse of crossbreed maize technology quantitatively according to the historical data. Third, it analyses economic problems of diffuse of crossbreed maize technology under both collective system and family responsibility system. Finally, it draws the useful conclusions that it basically is an economic decision to take technology innovation strategy and the main factor to influence the use the crossbreed maize technology is the relative advantage of economic benefit.
