摘要
从对企业过程再造（BPR）的基本看法入手，从不同角度对BPR的认识问题进行了详细辨析．在此基础上，提出了对BPR认识上的关键，要从流程、零基预算、重新设计和彻底四个关键词出发来理解BPR．
it is started with basic attitude for business process reengineering. It is differentiated and analyzed particularly understanding issue about BPR from different point of view. On the bases of these, the crux ofunderstanding about BPR is put forward. To understand BPR you must start off flow, zero ground budget,redesign and downright four keywords.
