摘要
板料在拉深带凸缘的零件时,必然伴随一定量的局部变薄.在这种情况下,产品的成形高度是由两种变形叠加而成,即拉深变形和局部变薄.在本文的研究目的是分析和验证两种变形量并推导出在这种情况下的总成形高度的计算公式。
When drawing a sheet into a spherical part with flank,the height of the part will be determined not only by drawing but also by bulging,which inevitably takes place simultaneously.A specific formula for calculating the maximum height allowable is worked out,based on theoretical analysis and experimentation with drawing and bulging taken into consideration comprehensively.Using the given formula,the product′s forming conditions can be predicted,which proves to be very useful in manufacturing and research work.
