摘要
针对磨机磨筒在粉磨过程的严重磨损以及某些特纯度的高要求提出了一种基于行星式磨机的自保护方法,分析了该方法与传统方法相比所具有的优点以及保护层厚度和磨机诸参数的关系,最后给出了实现自保护的条件。
A new method of self protection based on critical rotational theory of planetary ball mill is proposed to solve the problem of severe wear in grinding process and strict requirement in purity of some special materials. Its advantages over traditional methods and the relation between thickness of self protection and other parameters of ball mill are analyzed. The condition of the self protection is presented.
