直插式玉米精密播种机投种过程的计算机仿真

Simulation Study on Dropping Process of Corn Precision Planter with Vertically Inserting Soil

提出一种新型的打孔式播种机———直插式玉米精密播种机，并对该播种机的投种过程进行了理论分析和计算机仿真。试验表明，只要适当地选择滚轮、打孔器和投种参数，该播种机就能在给定的速度范围内顺利投种。

In this paper,a new punch planter,i.e., corn precision planter with vertically inserting soil is provided and the dropping process of the planter is theoretically analyzed.Based on these,mathematical models of punching process and the curve equations of the hole and dropping process are presented.Dropping process of the planter is simulated on computer by the models.The experiment results show that when the parameters of the roller,punchers and dropping process are properly taken,the planter can smoothly drop seeds at given speed.
